Eventhough Indonesia is the world's second largest Coffee Producer of the world and has many native coffee houses, it still accepts international coffee chains and specially here in Bali and moreso at the Prime Tourist Area of Kuta and many international Coffee Brands compete for the slice of the huge coffee chain market of tourists and locals and one of them is the Malaysian Coffee Company called
Bangi Kopitiam. Presently, they have several branches in Bali and we tried their branch at the Arrival area of the Ngurah Rai International Airport. Kopitiam started in Malaysia in the 1960's as a coffee place specializing in
Coffee and local meals like Kaya Toasts, cendol, nasi lemak, Laksa, sandwiches and more and since the 1980's have branches around indonesia.
Opens: 6:00 am to 12:00 am everyday
Favorite Dish:
they have a large selection of coffees like kapi oh, kapi peng, kapi kosong and assorted teas and a variety of malaysian, singaporean and indonesian snacks and food. an order of cold kapi peng is about 25,000 Rupiah and kapi c' peng at 35,000 rupiah an order.
