Roxuai : The Stones Hotel Legian Bali
The Stones Legian Bali is a nice hotel. It is located toward the end of the Jalan Pantai Kuta toward Legian, which is at the rather quite part of Jalan Pantai Kuta. I found the location is ok, as I can still walk to the Beachwalk mall area (which is in the middle of Jalan Pantai Kuta) for about 10-15 minutes leisure walk along the beach.The rooms are elegantly decorated in natural colors , and equipped with a coffee maker , flat screen TV , and an iPod dock . You can enjoy views of the garden or the swimming pool from the window . Each private bathroom provides shower facilities , hairdryer , bathrobes , and complimentary toiletries .Luggage storage and safe deposit box is available at the front desk 24 hours . You can work out in the gym , relax in the spa and wellness center , or take a walk in the park . In addition to offering laundry and ironing services , the hotel also provides car and bicycle rental service at an additional cost .

Here are how the open lobby looks like. I like the back light that keep changing. Upon arrival at the front desk, they will provided you with towel, which came as a cube and they immersed it into the water and also a Popsicle. The popsicle came in 3 layers if I remember correctly and each came from different fruit flavour.
There is a beach in front of you, Kuta beach which is very famous and also very crowded. So you can swim or surf right in front of the hotel area. Granted some people will argue the beach of the Seminyak area may be better, but if you want everything (beach, shopping, food) within walking distance, this may be one of the good hotel to be at Bali.
